Hajimemashite!

Hajimemashite, or "Pleased to meet you," in Japanese! This is Maria - I am not Japanese but I do study Japanese history. I am from New York City and now in Japan doing research. However, I return to the United States around the same time that the swap closes; Carly was great in letting me in on the fun - thanks again! Looking forward to the swap.
